Rachel Bryant

Rachel Bryant serves as the Director of Operations at Heron Creek Advisors, where she plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day business functions, supporting clients, and ensuring the team runs smoothly and efficiently. Since joining the firm in 2008 as an account manager, Rachel has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, eventually stepping into her current leadership role in 2016. One of her favorite aspects of the job is seeing the tangible impact the team makes for clients—especially when a heartfelt “thank you” confirms that they’ve made a difference.

A lifelong resident of the Richmond area, Rachel began her professional journey at Wells Fargo Financial in 2005, followed by a role at Northwestern Mutual before transitioning to Heron Creek. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Longwood University and is licensed in Life & Health insurance.

Rachel is proud to be the longest-tenured employee at Heron Creek, a reflection of both her commitment and the close-knit culture of the firm. Known for her kind, collaborative, and detail-oriented leadership style, she is deeply motivated by service—both in her professional work and through volunteering in her local community.

Outside the office, Rachel is actively involved in her church, enjoys supporting her children’s soccer pursuits, and values time spent with friends and family. A fun fact: despite being a confident leader, she has a serious case of stage fright!
