Anna Butler

Anna joined the Heron Creek team in 2025 and plays a central role in keeping our office operations running smoothly. She supports both the benefits and advisors teams with a wide range of projects. As our front desk and client-facing team member, Anna is often the first friendly voice or face you’ll meet when you call or visit. She greets clients, manages incoming calls, and ensures each interaction feels personal and organized.

A lifelong Richmond resident, Anna earned her International Studies degree with a business focus and a minor in French from Virginia Tech. Before joining Heron Creek, she spent more than six years as a paralegal at a large law firm, where she refined her skills in client service, workplace coordination, and event planning.

Anna brings a proactive, people-centered approach to her work. She is motivated by building strong client relationships, helping the team stay productive, and continuously learning and growing. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, exploring Richmond’s restaurant scene, staying active with long walks or workout classes, and treating herself to an occasional self-care day.
